Is my Upgraded SD Card shipped separately?

No. If you ordered at the same time as your console, for your convivence, we will pre-install this for you. You will see it in the TF1 slot of your console or can tell by the 60,000+ games pre installed on it!

How do I save?

Press Select + X / L3 + R3 in game to open up the settings menu where you can pick a save slot and save/load games. Select + R1 to quick save and Select + L1 to quick load in game.

You can turn on auto save and auto load by clicking 'retroarch' when selecting what console to play. Here, go down to saving and make sure both auto save and auto load are turned on.

My device isn't turning on?

A common thing people think is a fault is when your console has lines through a black screen. This is NOT a fault and is just when your device has a very small amount of battery left (not enough to turn on). All you need to do is plug the charger that came with your device into the left USB C port (DC) and wait until it has enough power to turn on!
